Bridal boudoir is one of the most meaningful and intimate gifts you can give your future spouse — and a powerful way to embrace your confidence before the big day. Whether you're gifting an album to your spouse to be or treating yourself to an empowering experience, this session is all about celebrating you. No modeling experience necessary!

E-Signature Agreement

In an attempt to expedite the pre-session booking process, Wanderlust Photography LLC asks that clients complete the online form and sign it electronically, thus replacing the handwritten form and wet signatures. By selecting the "book" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this Agreement. By selecting "book" using any device, means, or action, you consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that your signature on this document (hereafter referred to as your "E-Signature") is as valid as if you signed the document in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting agreement between you and Wanderlust Photography LLC. You are also confirming that you are the model/client authorized to enter into this Agreement. You further agree that each use of your email equates to your E-Signature and constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Disclosures and Agreements as they exist on the date of your E-Signature on this form. 

Consent to Electronic Delivery.

By selecting the “book” button, you specifically agree to receive, obtain, and/or submit any and all documents and information electronically. These documents and information will be collectively known as "Electronic Communications," and will include, but not be limited to, any and all current and future required notices and/or disclosures. You accept Electronic Communications provided via email as reasonable and proper notice for the purpose of fulfilling any and all rules and regulations and agree that such Electronic Communications fully satisfy any requirement that communications be provided to you in writing or in a form that you may keep.  

Terms and Conditions

• These session fees and retainers are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking to reserve your studio time and HMU artist.
• These Cannot be combined with any other offer. Clients already booked cannot chang booked session for new session listed above or any new sales that may occur.
• Model call offer: You understand these images will be used for marketing purposes. Option to keep images private available for an additional fee.
• Booking Window: This offer is only valid from May 1st, 2025 - May 31st, 2025 or until we fill the spots needed., and your session must take place before August 1st, 2025.
• Location: Sessions are held at our private studio: 3 North Main Street, Honea Path, South Carolina, unless otherwise instructed.
• Limited Availability: Don't wait – we have a limited number of spots available!
• Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for purchases over $300 via PayPal, and in house financing for digital purchases only.
• Client Closet: We may have some lingerie and shoes available, but we can't guarantee your size. We encourage you to bring your own, but will help you with planning.
• Taxes: We'll add state and federal taxes to your invoice.
• Before Your Session: You'll need to fill out a client questionnaire, sign a contract, and pay your session fee to book.
• After Your Session: We'll schedule a viewing appointment for you to order prints and digital files. We won't release your order until it's paid in full. Most zoom sessions take place 4-6 weeks after your session.
• Delivery: Expect 1-2 weeks for physical products and same-day as your zoom reveal, delivery for digital files.
• Image Selection: We'll only show you images that meet our artistic standards.
• Pricing Lock: Your pricing is locked in when you pay for your portrait commission. Future orders are subject to current pricing.
• Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final and non-refundable.
• Image Removal: We'll remove your images from our website after you've purchased them, so please download your online galleries as soon as we send you your download link.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change, and some physical products may take longer to arrive depending on demand.
