The Fine Print

Only 5 sessions are available, and sessions must take place between May 1st and June 12th, 2026.

These sessions cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

Sessions are non-transferable, as the studio will only be set up in this style for a limited time.

No refunds or reschedules will be permitted unless the new session date falls within the booking window of May 1st through June 12th, 2026.

Additional images and products will be available for purchase via your zoom session reveal.

E-Signature Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wanderlust Photography LLC ("Company") and the client/model ("You"). In an effort to expedite the pre-session booking process, Wanderlust Photography LLC requests that clients complete all required forms electronically and sign this Agreement using an electronic signature, which shall replace handwritten signatures.

By selecting the “book” button, you agree that your electronic signature ("E-Signature") is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and legally binding for this Agreement. Your E-Signature confirms that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement and accept all terms and conditions herein.

You agree that no third-party certification or additional verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the enforceability of this Agreement will not be affected by the absence of such certification.

Each use of your email address in connection with this Agreement constitutes your consent to be bound by its terms, and your E-Signature acknowledges your acceptance of the current terms and any future updates posted on our site.

Consent to Electronic Delivery

By clicking the “book” button, you consent to receive, obtain, and submit all communications electronically ("Electronic Communications"). This includes, but is not limited to, booking confirmations, contracts, invoices, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other documents related to your sessions with Wanderlust Photography LLC.

You agree that Electronic Communications provided via email or other electronic means constitute reasonable and proper notice, fulfilling any legal requirement for written communication.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Terms and Conditions

Wanderlust Boudoir – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking, Payment & Scheduling

• A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your studio time and HMU artist.
• Any unpaid session fees must be paid in full at least 30 days before your session date to secure your appointment.
• Only 5 sessions are available, and sessions must take place between May 1 and June 12, 2026.
• These sessions cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• Sessions must be scheduled to take place by June 12th, 2026.
• Your session fee does not apply toward any additional images or products purchased at your reveal appointment.
• You must complete a client questionnaire, sign the client contract, and a liability waiver before your session.
• Rescheduling or canceling once is allowed at no charge with 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Location & Availability

• Sessions take place at our private studio:
• 3 North Main Street, Honea Path, South Carolina, unless otherwise instructed.
• Availability is limited; early booking is strongly encouraged, especially during promotional periods.

3. Client Closet & Styling Support

• We offer a curated selection of lingerie and shoes; however, sizing and availability aren’t guaranteed.
• Clients are encouraged to bring their own wardrobe; styling and outfit planning assistance is provided.

4. Payments, Pricing & Plans

• Payment plans are available for orders over $300 through PayPal, Klarna and Affirm.
• All prices are subject to applicable state and federal taxes.
• Pricing for the sale is locked in at the time your portrait commission is paid during the promotional period. Future orders will reflect current pricing at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final and non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.

5. After Your Session & Ordering

• You will have a Zoom reveal session (typically 4–6 weeks after your shoot) to view and order your images.
• Only images meeting our artistic and professional standards will be presented.
• Orders must be paid in full before prints or digital files are released.
• Digital files are delivered the same day as your reveal when paid in full; physical products usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, subject to supplier demand.

6. Image Use & Privacy

• Unless you opt out in writing, we may use your images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes. This is discussed in your questionnaire.
• Once your order is complete, your images will be removed from our website. Digital galleries are time-limited and should be downloaded promptly.

7. Specials & Offers

• Offers and promotions cannot be combined.
• Clients already booked cannot change their existing session to take advantage of newly listed promotions or future sales.
• All terms, conditions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
